Kwak Noh-jung, chief executive officer of SK hynix, is reportedly set to meet senior leaders from Microsoft during a visit to the United States, according to industry sources.
The meetings are expected to include discussions with Bill Gates and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella as part of the Microsoft CEO Summit 2026 taking place at the company’s headquarters in Redmond.
The summit is known for being an exclusive gathering attended by a select group of global business leaders and technology executives. Participation is typically limited to invited guests, making it one of the industry’s more private high-level networking events.
This will not be Kwak’s first appearance at the summit, as he also participated in the event in 2024. His continued involvement reflects the growing strategic relationship between semiconductor manufacturers and major artificial intelligence and cloud computing companies.
